• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the App or its systems
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
• Use the App to transmit harmful or malicious content
• Interfere with the proper functioning of the App
FinPal is a budgeting tool and does not provide professional financial advice. AI-generated insights are for informational purposes only. You should consult a qualified financial adviser before making financial decisions. We are not liable for any financial losses resulting from use of the App.
The App integrates with third-party services including Clerk, TrueLayer, and OpenAI. Your use of these services is subject to their respective terms and conditions. We are not responsible for the availability or accuracy of third-party services.
All content, features, and functionality of the App are owned by FinPal and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.
FinPal is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time, with or without cause. You may stop using the App and delete your account at any time.
